1. Rocket File Content Management Web Software  

Capture is an important part of incorporating content management into your every day processes. Rocket File empowers you with tools that will help you create digital images from your paper based documents. With our easy to use interface, you will have the ability to capture electronic images, clean up your digital images and index them for quick retrieval. Rocket File will increase your productivity through automated indexing, allowing the end user the ability to OCR a specific word or value, and perform database lookups to auto populate any remaining indexing fields.

Business Process Management takes the electronic content developed in the capture module and incorporates it into your daily business processes. With Rocket File, all document retrievals are effortless, allowing you to search for content in multiple ways over a secure internet connection. The software allows you to query searches, perform full text retrieval and remote searches from nearly any other software programs including email, Microsoft Office and your frontline business applications. Once you have found the desired content, a direct integration with email allows for document routing, giving you the ability to share content.

Rocket File has been designed to ensure high levels of security both within the software application and the backend architecture that houses your data. Rocket File's software provides multiple security layers.  Security rights may be set on groups, users, documents, pages and content within a page. The back-end architecture of the Rocket File ASP provides five layers of physical security including biometric entry to the data center. Your data is protected from internet intruders by encrypted firewalls, virus and spam eradication and an intrusion protection service. In addition to protection, Rocket File will also provide you the ability to manage the retention of your records. The records retention feature controls the lifecycle of your documents and other electronic content by watching document time increments and trigger events. The system will report on all expired documents at the end of their lifecycle so that you may determine if the file’s retention will be extended or if the file will be deleted.

Management of your system is provided as part of the Rocket File ASP bundle. Our team of IT experts will manage and secure your complete Rocket File system. Our help desk is available to answer your system questions and our IT team will maintain the hardware, data center internet connections, firewalls and server operating system daily.  As an option, our team will also provide duplication of data provided on tape backups stored at the data center and secure offsite locations. This will provide options that assist you in building a disaster recovery plan for your data.
